employees as well as the use of modern data gathering equipment including the CMM
Coordinate Measuring Machine. Manufacturing is carried out in environments that are ISO
9001:2000 and QS-9000 certified.
Real-time
monitoring systems are also part of the quality standards program at Ameri-Kart. We
improve the quality and strength of rotationally molded products and reduce cycle times
with the constant retrieval and evaluation of real time data.
During any contract period, your tooling
as well as finished parts receive on-going evaluations to ensure that Ameri-Kart
manufactured parts comply with all specifications. |
