Developing prototype
models for full scale production is easier and more cost effective with rotational
molding. Color changes, modification to the tooling, surface treatments and fitting
changes are easier than comparable projects using injection or blow molding technology, when appropriate for your application.
Like most other molding processes, prototype development of a roto-molded product is
controlled by budget and research support. Once a rotational mold has been cast or tooling
fabricated, our in-house mold shops handle additional tooling design changes that may be
required.
You benefit from having professionals on site through quick turn around times
and frequently lower costs for revisions.
