Ameri-Kart has a
comprehensive, in-house mold shop. We work from customer supplied prints and
specifications to produce prototype as well as final production molds. Molds may be cast,
fabricated or cut by CNC machine depending on production deadlines, budget and detail
required. We use a coordinate neasuring machine (CMM) to insure that all tooling and molded
products meet the precise tolerances required by the customer.
With a complete shop available at all times,
Ameri-Kart has the flexibility to control scheduling of tooling fabrication and
modification. Regular mold maintenance is also handled in-house and is a standard feature
of all Ameri-Kart production contracts. |
